David Williams, President & CEO
David Williams brings extensive real estate financing expertise to Investors
Choice Capital Group. As CEO, he works one-on-one with deed of trust investors
to help them achieve their unique investment goals and rewarding returns.
Mr. Williams holds 15 years of experience directly related to conventional and
private real estate financing and investing. A recognized real estate finance
and investment specialist, he is also co-founder of Investors Choice Funding,
a privately funded asset-based commercial lender offering a variety of loan
programs for investment properties. In that realm, he provides real estate lending
options to borrowers as well as investing opportunities.
His thorough understanding of business, real estate financing and lending,
as well as the real estate market in general, makes him a valuable asset of
Investors Choice Capital Group. In that same vein, he offers potential investors
powerful trust deed investment opportunities that specifically meet their needs
and goals. He brings unmatched real estate and investment knowledge,
as well as client management skills, to Investors Choice Capital Group.
Greg Parham, Esq., COO
As Chief Operations Officer, Greg Parham not only manages staffing,
and operations for Investors Choice Capital Group, he also oversees all
the company’s legal matters. He holds a law degree from Sturm College
of Law at the University of Denver, and brings a combined 20 years of
business, real estate, law, lending and investing expertise to the company.
Mr. Parham draws on a 16-year law career where he has provided legal counsel
to real estate companies and professionals, private money lenders, mortgage
banking companies, and general business clients. A highly regarded attorney,
Mr. Parham is known throughout Colorado for his accuracy, legal expertise and
pro-bono work to benefit the community.
As an entrepreneur and the owner of a successful law firm and title company, he
understands the needs and interests of investors, consumers and small business
owners alike. As co-founder of Investors Choice Funding – a privately funded
asset-based commercial lender – he also understands the legal and business
issues unique to the private lending industry.
Paul Pedri, Vice President
Paul Pedri made his mark on the Colorado real estate market by turning
dozens of extremely successful fix-and-flips. With years of real estate
investment, renovation and resale experience, Mr. Pedri handles asset
valuation and overall project management for Investors Choice Capital Group.
Within the real estate industry, Mr. Pedri is a well-known presenter, lecturer
and educator. He is often called on to share his expertise of property analysis,
valuation modeling and renovation, as well as trust deed investment program
options.
As co-founder of Investors Choice Funding, a privately funded asset-based
commercial lender, Mr. Pedri also carefully pinpoints, evaluates and renovates
a variety of commercial investment properties as fix-and-flips. Every project is
carefully scrutinized to ensure the highest possible gain.
An extremely skilled collateral property evaluator and renovation project
manager, Mr. Pedri is a key contributor to the Company’s renovation investment
portfolio and the success of our clients’ trust deed investments.
